We are seeking to fill the following full-time positions:
Line Cook, AM & PM shifts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Able to follow instructions and execute items consistently in a high paced environment.
•Has some knowledge of basic cooking, sautéing, braising, poaching, salad dressings, seasoning, etc.
•Can work cleanly and neatly in exhibition kitchen with some interaction amongst guests.
•Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Jory Server, AM & PM shifts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
•Clearing tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
• Follow all sequence of service standards as set forth by the department.
• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Manager.
•Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Jory Greeter, AM & PM shifts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Greet guests in a professional manner. Inform guests of daily activities and be able to “up sell” the Inn.
•Meet all phone etiquette standards.
•Assign opening and/or closing side duties.
•Supervise side work and ensure completed lists of set ups of all stations before departure of service staff.
•Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Jory Server Assistant, AM & PM shifts
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Greet guests in a professional manner. Inform guests of daily activities and be able to “up sell” the Inn.
•Promptly greet guests once seated, offer water service.
•Able to assist serve with coffee service, dessert menu presentation, order taking and service.
•Complete all side work as instructed.
•Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
