Qualified Candidates for the Store Manager Position Must Possess:
Restaurant and management experience highly preferred.
Extremely friendly and outgoing attitude.
Self-starter and detail Orientated.
Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills.
Ability to train and motivate team members.
Ability to follow set policies and uphold company standards.
Computer and Internet proficiency.
Dependable transportation.
Strong leadership skills.
Have an open availability and willing to work overtime upon request.
Job descriptions Include but not limited to the following:
Building Sales via local store marketing and exceptional guest service.
Building a guest first culture in our store.
Ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Maintain strict corporate standards and high rating with Subway inspection.
Labor and food scheduling forecasting.
Recruiting, training and developing a staff of 5-7 employees.
Making daily bank deposits, completing daily and weekly paperwork.
