We cover large areas of Oregon and Washington and are looking for 1-3 persons to cover the SALEM and areas with in 40 miles including coast every once in a while. No overnight trips
Also 3 more people for our Portland and South Washington areas
MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE OWN VEHICLE AND TRAILER AT LEAST 14 FEET LONG TO USE!
Must have and be able to use GPS and Digital Camera REALLY WELL.
Must have garden tools IE, lawn mowers, weed whacker and blower as well as generator and compressor if possible as well as a assortment of construction tools
We are a company that does maintenance work of foreclosed properties for banks. As such we change locks, clean toilets, cut grass, take out trash, clean the windows,mop floors, winterize properties so the pipes don't freeze, repair roofs, board up broken windows sheet rock and assorted other issues that come up on properties.
We are looking for sub-contractors to do this.
Must be self motivated, self starter and be able to be efficient, fast and great detail oriented. Work on own after training, usually 1-3 days depending on experience
Can make between $75-200 per day or more, depending on efficiency and speed.
We are based in portland but you can send photos and paperwork by email. must have scanner and email to work without coming into office everyday!

- Compensation: Commission is paid on the jobs done usually 50% to 65% of contract paid to us $75-250 per day
