Need skilled and experienced Maintenance mechanic at a Dairy manufacturing plant in McMinnville, Oregon. Dairy and/or food processing experience helpful. Proficient at trouble shooting production equipment. Able to prioritize, schedule and show leadership to maintenance crew to achieve reasonable down times in a measured production environment. Capable of coaching and training a crew to assure required safety, quality and production goals are met.
