We are a family owned hardworking Lumber Reman company looking for the right person to add to our team. The candidate must be a very detail-oriented team player with the proven ability to multitask, remain flexible, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and constantly changing environment. Must be very proficient using MS OFFICE (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and advanced knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.

Duties include but not limited:
Phase 1 (Learn business and practices):
Support Sales team with dispatching trucks.
Accounts payable & receivable (Coding, Data Entry).
Learn inventory tagging system, oversee counts and prepare final inventory summary.
Maintain accurate records in ADP time-clock.
Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing documents.
Phase 2 (Accountant):
Send wire transfers and ACH payments.
Maintain company Chart of Accounts as it pertains to coding of all invoices and receipts.
The candidate will be expected to understand accrual accounting at a high level, and clearly define problematic issues and assist in finding solutions.
Timely close (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum 5 years bookkeeping experience
Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
Sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with proven experience managing multiple priorities
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Excel
