Local General Contractor Seeks Organized and Well-Spoken Individual. Duties vary and flexible availability throughout the day and week are required: preferably between the hours of 7 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday. Remote hours a possibility. Experience with basic construction preferred, e.g. units of measure, city permits, Trades terminology a plus.

Accounts Payable in collaboration with the billing department: gather, enter and pay invoices.

City Permitting familiarity a PLUS!
Reconcile Main Checking & Credit Accounts
Paper and Electronic Filing
Support Annual Tax Filing Steps: W2's, 1099's and CPA liaison
Support City and State Licensing Requirements: including the review and renewal of Liability Policies.
Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in bookkeeping and payroll preparation. The position will start at approximately 15 hours per week. We look forward to meeting you!
