The Vice President – Construction Management leads all aspects de novo construction, and through his/her direct reports has responsibility for remodels, equipment maintenance and building maintenance.  You'll leverage the Avamere passion for excellence and innovation to assist our operations and development team in delivering first-class care to those we serve.  This role develops cost-efficient strategies, executes capital budgets, ensures competitive pricing, and compliance with contract terms.  This individual should expect to be the direct liason with all architects, engineers, and project consultants in new developments.  In addition to outside consultants, this individual will bridge the construction of new development to all levels of executive management, serve as a key connection between Avamere and its development partners, in addition to assisting in all critical initiatives to the growth and development of the organization.
