This Plaque addressed to Gunnery Sergeant R. Lee Ermey USMC Retired, was an Award Dedication from The Fort Mac Arthur Museum, and has original carbon arc tips above the plaque

On the back is an envelope, handwritten by Gunny himself, describing where the dedication plaque came from, and his own signature is at the bottom.
