We bought this 1988 Marlin and fixed it up. (Nov 2024). Rebuilt motor: 3.0L / 181 CI. Gm Mercruiser. Runs like a gem. Replaced the impeller in the outdrive. New battery, new bilge pump, new outdrive shift bushings kit, new exhaust flapper valve, new hydraulic lines. Trailer has new lights and plug. All work perfectly. The one downside is the windshield is broken / missing. We found it didn't matter much but it is what it is. We have in excess of $4000 invested but we're moving, time to let go. Stored with anti-freeze in motor. (Last pic [of dash], is from when we bought it, before we cleaned it up). It's stored right now under good tarps and can get more pics later. We had a blast with it last summer and didn't leak a drop in the hull.
Also have about 2 + outdrives and other misc parts, for spares as well as another whole complete engine core AND a cleaned and tested 3.0L engine block
($375 invested from best Portland engine rebuilder). ALL offered for a little extra.
