Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire three new associates to our customer service team.
Our company works with 45,000 union workers in OR who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand of our client base, we are looking for highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and are also flexible, adaptable and trainable. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities include: serving customers, providing professional guidance for families, scheduling appointments, and there is a possibility for upward mobility for the right.
There are many qualities that we look for in our employees but the most important is the applicant's interpersonal skills.
