About The Role
Behavior Interventionists work closely with the families under the supervision of a BCBA to promote positive behavior change and support learning and development of language and daily living skills. This role requires a person that is willing to be fun and play as most of our clients are children ages 2 and up. For many cases the credential of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required. Don’t worry, we can help you!

What you need
High School diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong communication skills
CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Transportation to get to sessions (can be public transportation)
Some other factors that would make you even more awesome are:
Experience working with children/children with special needs or Autism Spectrum Disorder
Available to work between 2pm and 8pm during the week with some availability during the weekend (need not be every weekend /one weekend day would be awesome)
Posses a valid Behavior Analysis Interventionist License in the State of Oregon
Be an active Registered Behavior Technician via the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
