THE HERTIAGE PUB is hiring for a working chef/ kitchen manager position. Must demonstrate excellent leadership skills, communication skills and be a team player.



Duties include but not limited to the following:

*oversee the preparation and creation of food, plan menus and food costing

* ensure all food products and supplies are ordered in a timely manner and in line with need and pars

* ensure the quality and quantity of food, check that orders are correct at delivery

* train kitchen staff and be prepared to fill any unexpected gaps in the schedule

* run a clean, efficient and organized kitchen, to ensure exceptional health code scores, monitor inventory for waste

* assist bartenders as needed

* must have a positive attitude and outstanding customer service

* Food Handlers and OLCC certification is required. Professional culinary training is a plus
