Made by Century Metalcraft Corp. in the Silver Seal pattern.
This is a unique double-sided pan used for omelets, quick breads, meats, fish etc.
It is made of heavy hammered aluminum with sturdy hinges and solid black 8-sided wood handles.
Its overall size is 17", with the inside pan measuring 10 1/4" x 5 1/2"
