I purchased this couch new last year for $1,600 and only used it for a couple of months before I had to move. Since then, it has been stored in my very clean storage unit, covered with dust cloths, so it's in excellent condition.

This is a modular couch, so you can arrange it in different configurations to fit your space. It also features built-in storage compartments and adjustable armrests/backrests, making it both comfortable and functional.

I'm only selling it because I'd like to downsize my storage unit.
