Original herd came from a large closed certified organic herd of Scottish Highlands in eastern Oregon approx 2016. This herd has been closed since that time as well but is NOT certified organic. They have not been given nor needed any vaccines/shots/dewormers during this time or in the original herd. They are fed 100% grass, free choice minerals and well water. They are accustomed to a 4-5 wire electric fence with some rotational grazing. They are not pets though calm. They are all open to bulls of the herd year around and there is no forced weaning.
