Caregivers start between $15.25 - $17.60 per hour depending on experience.
CNAs start between $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience
Minimum Qualifications Include:
CNA License (Only required for CNA position)
One year care giving experience (preferred)
Experience with dementia care/training (preferred)
Ability to provide satisfactory work references
CPR certificate, First Aid card, and Food Handler's card
Great interpersonal & customer service skills
Ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, and maintain medical records.
Must be able to work with minimal direct supervision, accepting personal responsibility for
maintaining a professional relationship with Willamette View's residents and their family
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
