We have a great opportunity for a Site Support Specialist to join our recovery support team for our treatment center in Gresham! This is a front desk, customer service position within one of our outpatient clinics. Through reception and admissions, our Site Support Specialists are a vital part of our team promoting patient's recovery.
In this position, you would fulfill the following essential functions:
Provide reception and customer service to patients and visitors within a behavioral healthcare environment.
Manage multi-line telephone system, provide basic service information and schedule client appointments.
Conduct routine admission of screened patients, complete intake paperwork, verify financial and insurance eligibility and set-up financial information in electronic medical records.
Process patient admission and discharge documents..
Those with the following qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply:
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience.
Experience with computers, including electronic medical records; ability to quickly learn new software.
Minimum of 2 years healthcare administration or similar experience.
