looking for a reliable Shop Hand / General Laborer. We handle everything from full remodels to specialized hardwood flooring, and we need someone who can jump in wherever they are needed.
This is a "jack-of-all-trades" helper role. If you’re young and looking to get your foot in the door with some trades/aren't afraid of a dirty job, this is for you.
The Work:
Assisting Trades: Helping out with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
Flooring: Assisting our hardwood crew with prep, sanding, and installs.
Shop/Site Maintenance: Cleaning the shop, organizing tools, and running materials.
The Gritty Stuff: Demo, hauling debris, and spending time in crawlspaces or attics when the job calls for it.
Who we’re looking for:
Mechanically Inclined: You know how to use power tools and don't need your hand held.
Work Ethic: You show up on time, stay off your phone, get the job done and get along well with others.
Versatility: You’re okay with the fact that no two days are the same.
Physicality: Must be able to lift 50ish lbs and work in tight spaces.
Requirements:
18+ with a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (a truck is a big plus).
Ability to pass a background check.
Basic hand tools (tape measure, hammer, etc.) preferred, but can be provided.
Pay: $20-22 / hour
must be flexible with the idea that your schedule may be inconsistent, some weeks you'll be working a full 40, others we may only bring you in for 5-10 hours.
