* Fully Equipped: As an independent subcontractor, you bring your own reliable, working vacuum and basic cleaning supplies.

👥 Teamwork & Big Properties:
While you will handle many properties independently, we also service some massive, 3-story luxury buildings. For these, we team up! You’ll either be working directly alongside me or with one to two other professional cleaners. We jump in as a crew to tackle the heavy lifting, knock out the mountains of laundry, and execute the clean fast and efficiently.
💰 Pay & Territory:
* Service Area: Sandy up to Government Camp.
* Rates: Average cleans pay $120, with larger properties paying up to $200. (We also have a few smaller $90 filler cleans that are perfect for stacking onto your schedule to boost your daily revenue!).
