Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

What Matters Most:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • JD degree required
  • Demonstrated experience with workers' compensation defense and deposition and motion practice
  • Must be a member of the Oregon State Bar
  • Some travel required

If you're a self-starter with savvy interpersonal skills and a commitment to producing excellent outcomes, you'll be perfect for this Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney role. Performing workers' compensation defense litigation, you'll handle depositions, draft motions, and appear in court. You'll work on cases in a solo capacity, and liaise with clients and witnesses regularly.
