Hammer Dulcimer - $250 (Estacada)

I got this instrument about 15 years ago from a friend who was moving cross-country and needed to downsize. Now, I'm in the same position. I've never tuned it. The sides are some kind of solid wood, and the instrument weighs 15 lbs. Label inside reads, "Associated Luthiers, Peter Sean Cooney, Builder".
"The hammered dulcimer is a percussion-stringed instrument which consists of strings typically stretched over a trapezoidal resonant sound board. The hammered dulcimer is set before the musician, who in more traditional styles may sit cross-legged on the floor, or in a more modern style may stand or sit at a wooden support with legs.
