DDA FX 5 o’clock fuzz - $75 (Hubbard)

This is a pedal that I build and designed the PCB for. It is based on the classic fuzz face pedal with a couple extra controls. This circuit uses Soviet era PNP germanium transistor selected based on hfe and leakage. It also uses a charge pump to achieve the -9v power supply so you can power it off any standard 9v pedal power supply.

Has the standard volume and fuzz controls. Additionally it has a bias control that adjusts the bias to the collector of q2. As well as an input control which tames the fuzz a bit.
