Honduran Mahogany back and sides, Adirondack soundboard. Finish is French Polish. One repair to the back near the center from the end. About 2 inches long. There are some LIGHT mars on the treble side waist. This guitar is absolutely amazing. Holds its own against the Martin D18 Authentic. For real. Pre-war bracing. I had Portland Fret Works set the action. Mitch Corbin is a world class flat picker who won the National competition on guitar and mandolin the same year. He knows what a great guitar should do. His work and approach to building exceptional guitars was influenced by Len Dudenbostel, they are good friends. Mitch spent a good amount of time hanging out in Len's shop. This guitar has no weaknesses, it's incredible. There are only 27 Mitch Corbin guitars in the world, this is #20. Check out YouTube videos from Mitch to hear his guitars.
