We are an established Construction Company in Clackamas County looking for an Administrative Assistant that can join our team and has the following qualities: friendly, professional, yet easy-going, good work ethic, customer-oriented individual to work in our fast-paced commercial construction firm. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a multi-tasker, have a positive "can do" attitude, extremely detail-oriented, and be able to prioritize and anticipate needs.
Objectives: Office Assistant will assist in the day-to-day operation of the office, support the work of management and other office staff.
Our ideal candidate must have:

• A flexible attitude that will be open to the wide variety of assigned tasks.
• Bilingual and biliterate (English and Spanish) a plus
Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with considerable time spent in working in office environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within, or working with, the construction industry a plus.

Schedule: Mon, Wed and Fridays 8:00am to 4:30pm
