We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist and Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our agency. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for our customers while supporting our insurance team with administrative tasks.
Skills Needed:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and friendly phone etiquette
Computer proficiency (email, internet, document scanning, data entry)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy office
Attention to detail and reliability
Positive attitude and professional appearance

*The goal is to get the right candidate trained and licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance, and have a professional insurance CSR on our team. This will require passing the state insurance exam. Licensed CSRs average $30/hr with salary and incentives.
