Commercial janitorial company with clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We are seeking an individual with strong organizational and time-management skills to join our remote team 20+ hours per week 8:30am-1:30pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and sending customer invoices.
- Follow-up on past due invoices.
- Creating estimates and work orders.
- Creating and maintaining electronic files.
- Tracking expenses and reimbursements.
- Processing vendor invoices.
- Communication with customers and vendors.
- Supporting the sales/marketing staff.
- Other clerical and administrative tasks
- Supporting the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- 2+ years working with QuickBooks
- 4+ years working in an office with similar duties and responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Ability to do research and learn new skills
