Unfortunately, we have to adopt out our cat. He is 9 years old, very laid back and likes to be petted. He is fully declawed and neutered. In the beginning he got along with our kids and other animals. As he has gotten older he has become more intolerant of kids, to the point that he does not want our young kids (all less than 10) to touch him. He will warn them with growls first and then he will nip them if not left alone. He has grown up with a big dog and another cat but has become intolerant of them. He attacks the dog (and succeeds in intimidating her) and then bullies our other cat but no blood is drawn. They do not fight constantly just couple times a day on bad days. We did just recently move here and that seems to make him so upset to the point where he started to spray in the house. We have curved this by allowing him to go outside, since we have a lot of neighborhood cats (which is why we think he was spraying). He seems to only like females owners. We feel he will do well in a older home (teenagers and up) with no other cats or dogs (other animals do not bother him we have guinea pig and chickens). We will let him go for free to a good home that will let him live in retirement in better circumstances than us.
