RV pad can accommodate up to a 34 foot trailer or motorhome. 50 amp service available with fresh potable well water hook up. Dump tote is available to use to haul wastewater up the hill to the septic tank. Washer and dryer available for one load per week per person. It’s located in the barn.
For additional equine space, we have a quarter acre full fully fenced Hotwire field with a shelter logic 10 x 12 shelter and fresh running water. Hog fuel at the entrance for mud management weeds are sprayed with crossbow so it’s mostly weed free 200 a month for self-care plus a nonrefundable $500 field reestablishment fee.
You can come without Horses. Additional tenant is 200 per month plus utilities or 100 per week utilities included. Move in fees are first month plus last months rent plus security deposit! For weekly rental- fees are first week plus $500 damage deposit, refundable at move out.
Please note this is a peaceful quiet property and the rules are strict. This is not for a party animal or someone who wants to do whatever they want at whatever level they feel is appropriate. This will not be a good fit unless you are quiet, calm and clean and want nothing but peaceful nature surrounding you.
Work trade available for Ranchhand duties at $15 an hour for landscaping off the following week or months rent and $20 an hour for hard labor, such as shoveling manure and gravel.
