Do you have EXPERIENCE in property management and are looking for an Assistant Manager opportunity? C&R Real Estate Services Co. is looking for an Assistant Property Manager for a beautiful 138 unit property in the Sandy. This beautiful community has all the amenities you could possibly want. State-of-the Art Fitness Center, Pool& Spa, Clubhouse, Play Area, Picnic Area, and much more...The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager with all aspects of leasing apartments, and ensuring that the grounds and common areas look their best. Working WEEKENDS is a must. This position is Friday, Saturday and Monday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Assistant Manager is not required to live onsite, but if you chose to you'll receive a 15% discount on rent.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for showing units and screening prospective residents, collection and tracking of payments, preparation of paperwork and notices, maintaining files and records as well as cleaning and picking up the property to ensure it is always looks its best. Courteous relations with residents and vendors is essential to this position.

- Experience with AMSI or YARDI a plus
- Maintaining grounds and common areas
- WEEKENDS required
- Basic MS Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication, division and percentages)
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- First class customer service


REQUIRED SKILLS
The Assistant Manager must have great customer service skills and be punctual and detail oriented. The Assistant Manager must also have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and be self motivated and energetic. Our Assistant Manager should also possess the ability to learn quickly while paying attention to detail, and applicant must be able to pass a skills test, and if offered the position they must be able to pass a background investigation including criminal history. This individual is preferred to have previous experience in the field of property management.
