Looking for an Elder who needs help on land Estacada Molalla (Estacada,Oregon)

I am an Employed College Educated Plant Nerd Landscape Contractor, Propagation Worker, a Homesteading Mom, Landscaper, Gardener who grew up in a mining shack preserving food, hunting and gathering, and learning homesteading. I have been working towards getting to land to build a farm and healing garden to teach people plants and homesteading. Sadly we can't find enough land nearby. We have the skillsets to build dwellings, raise food, and care for elderly etc. I am hoping to find someone that needs help and is willing to let us build a home on the property care for you until you pass and build a homestead. We have a home which we will sell and can then build a home with and we want to either start buying it from you with you being able to remain until passing etc. I have many years caring for my Mom and Grandmother and will gladly care for you as family. I am hoping to find the right person to start this amazing life adventure with. I am a Mom of 5 and have a husband who is a builder and fabricator with wood and medal. We are looking Estacada and or near Molalla. We want a forever home not a rental or short term this would be us there forever. We can contribute with labor and with income.
