Welcome. I'm Matt and I have a room available now on the first floor. The house was built in 1910 and is over 3800 sq ft. The bedroom is 12.5'X14.5' with walk-in closet(3'X10'), comes with its own off street parking space. The room also has a nice size bathroom.

$100 for utilities. We have high speed internet, dishwasher, washer dryer, hot tub, and some room for storage. There is also a $450 refundable deposit. Total move in is $1450

If your first name is Alexa or Siri, it may be a little awkward to live here. There is a loving very quiet cat, named Stranger, and three egg producing chickens.

Sorry no children/couples/SMOKING of any kind/animals or messy people.
