We are a calm, multi-generational household of three: me and my wife, plus my retired father. We value nature, art, music, food, travel, and meaningful connection. My wife and I work in healthcare (I return to school this term), and my father is an avid reader with a lifetime of stories.
Because of our schedules and shared space, we’re looking for a roommate who is emotionally, mentally, and financially stable, respectful, clean, and drama-free. *Base option: $850/month, includes:
- Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished, you choose)
-Shared bathroom (your own sink and under sink storage/drawers)
-Shared kitchen (2 fridges), laundry room, office, and garage gym
-Limited garage/shed storage
-Quiet street parking
-Utilities included: internet, gas, sewage
-Shared utilities: water, garbage, electricity
*Optional add-ons, priced per month (if you need/would like more space along with your bedroom):
-Extra bedroom (+$500)
-Bonus room (+$1,000)
-Boat/RV parking (+$150)
-Personal garage fridge (+$50)
An Ideal Roommate:
-Career oriented/stable employment with reliable income
-Friendly, social, and enjoys offline connection
-Calm, relatively quiet, and clean
-Respects diverse cultures and beliefs
-Enjoys communal meals and shared chores
-420-friendly (no indoor smoking)
Deal Breakers:
-Hard/illegal drug use
-Unemployment or frequent job changes
-Poor or no references
-Large pets
-Non-working vehicles or junk cars

Allowed / Conditional:
-Small pets (fish, birds, reptiles, insects)
-Small gatherings
-One to two vehicles

Minimum Requirements:
-Credit check, background check, and references
-First & last month’s rent + any agreed deposits
-Agree to and sign a 3/6/12/18-month lease (30-day notice for early termination)
