We are looking for a responsible, non-smoking roommate to join us in a 5 bedroom, remodeled Dutch colonial triplex in historic old town Milwaukie, OR

MOVE IN READY Dec 1st, once you pass the background check

Rent is $850/month with no hidden fees. Total monthly = $850. There will be a one time cleaning fee of $400 We're happy to split this into two payments if you need us to.

Rent is due on the 1st, late after the 4th and subject to a late fee. Rent is payable by Zelle, or we can discuss other payment methods We also have a you damage/break it you fix or replace it policy for everything in house

We do share in the cost of the sharables in the house, which include toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, spices, dish soap, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies etc, always under $20/mo, billed when I make a Costco run.

Please note, I do have a smaller room to rent too, if you want a work from home office or game room

Our home is managed by Images Property Management, there is a $25 fee for a criminal & rental background check, and you will be added to our lease via addendum if all works out. :) You rent from me, you pay your rent to me, and bring all concerns to me first :)

We are looking for a responsible roommate, someone like us - hard working, tidy, and respectful. You must love pets, but, sorry, we do not have room for any additional animals.

Something important to consider; this is an upstairs room and there are a good number of stairs to get into the home as well.

We are just blocks from the new Orange Line and the Milwaukie transit center, and equal distance between Hwy 99E/McLoughlin Blvd and Hwy 224. Please take a moment to map us before applying, as we are far from some things, close to others The upstairs bedroom we have available includes a walk-in closet. The room is spacious and is about 14x14, the room faces the east, so you can read a book & watch the sun rise (if the clouds part). You will share a bathroom with one other.

Additionally, our home has a washer and dryer in the unit, no need to use public machines!!!

We are clean, neat & tidy, and we expect you to do your fair share of the cleaning in the common areas. We clean as we go when we are cooking, and rarely leave a dirty dish in the sink, or the counters unwiped after we cook, and we want someone equally as clean & neat.

One resident is deathly allergic to fresh paint, perfumes, colognes, fragrances and incense, you will not be able to wear, spray, use or burn any scented materials within the home that will filter into the common areas.
