Hello, I am looking to add another person into one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom apartment near downtown Milwaukie ASAP. The location is images Springcreek Milwaukie. The choice between master or regular room is yours. I have a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment on the third floor in milwaukie just blocks away from 4 public transit buses (155, 152, 75 and 33) and as well as the orange line max. The apartment has an amazing A/C we keep on at all times on hot days. There is no heater. This place comes with your own parking spot, coin-op laundry on site, and is pet friendly with no pet rent/deposit! I am allowing one well behaved small dog or cat. I keep the place very well kept and sanitary, so I ask that you will do the same.
Who I am looking for: Looking for a responsible individual that is working and is lgbtq+ friendly. Please be courteous with sound ordinance rules and that applies to guests as well.. MUST BE ABLE TO SIGN A LEASE + PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK! I passed the wage requirements already, but I would like for you to provide pay stubs to the complex as my fiancé is moving out.
Our living room is spacious and I’m residing there for now using our smaller spare bedroom as storage. I will rearrange and move to one of the rooms unless that is okay with you that I remain put.
Our kitchen is pretty well off besides maybe needing a few more pots/pans and a toaster/blender. I don’t cook as often as I used to, but I ask that you share the kitchen and put things where they were if sharing appliances. Floors are real hardwood and real slate tiles… we have a steam mop cleaner and use it often.

The place and costs summed up: 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, very large living areas, lots of ample closet storage. your own parking in front of the apartment, laundry on site. 25 dollar application fee (will provide link to application). Rent is 957.50 for your room (total is 1915). No deposit or first last is required. We are currently on a month to month lease but if willing to sign a year the rent will reduce by $50 or so. You will need renter insurance upon move-in. Utilities cap out at $115 per month, and electricity is paid separately. I have the login for that. I have wifi free of charge that my fiancé is helping me pay until they move in in a couple years. (I can show you copies of all bills, digitally or paper-wise).
