Come move in to our quiet house on almost a half-acre right in Milwaukie!
Our house is only 15 minutes to downtown Portland and the airport, and is right off the 33 line. Only 1 mile to the Springwater bike path, and a short trek to multiple grocery stores, Costco, and the Clackamas Town Center. Lovely, kind, and quiet neighbors, a large yard for gardening or activities, and a wide bike path and sidewalk is being installed by the city for safe rides to all of the above mentioned.
The home is a split level with a huge backyard and is shaded by giant douglas firs. It has 2 patio areas, one of which is fully covered. There is plenty of room, and good sun for gardening, and shed to house your tools. There are two living rooms, both equipped with wood burning fireplaces. The upper of which is virtually unused as two of your new housemates use the lower one. There is a 2 car garage and expansive basement storage if you have some extra stuff you need to store.
Room 1 ($500, Currently Open): The master, and largest room in the house. It has a double closet and ceiling fan, and a window that has previously supported a window unit AC, and plugs if you have a floor unit (AC not provided).
Room 2 ($460, Open January): A smaller room that overlooks the back yard. It has a closet, and plug by the window that has been used to support a floor air conditioner (Ac not provided). Currently is sporting brackets for shelves on one wall,
