EXPERIENCE:
Demo - Destruction and safe of surroundings and intensive knowledge around Residential Properties. I Know My way around houses.
Framing - Sheds, Decks, Sub Floors, Walls, Plywood Paneling, accessory dwelling units, Siding, Walls, Moving Walls , Dry rot Repair. Anything that requires wood. Framing Basements and finishing them in drywall.
Drywall - Hanging Drywall, Level 4,5 Mud, Patching, Insulation, Orange Peel Texture, I have a professional Machine to do whole house and shops (Cost A Little Extra.) , Ceilings -- I don't do any special Texture 5/8" to 1/2" Drywall. Fast set. Big jobs/Machine To Spray Whole House or shop, Including whole A.D.U, House. Also Take care of Insulation.
Floors - T&G Wood Flooring, Sub Flooring, Floating floors/Vinyl, L.V.P Luxury Vinyl Planking, Base boards + Paint, Any kind of trim.
Windows/Doors - Installing/Framing, Rough In opening, Flashing & Trim windows, sliding glass doors, Window trim inside and out. Installing Rough in Opening And Installing Doors.
Help with Siding repair/New Siding.
Fences - Building fencing, Paint/Stain if wanted.
Decks - Building, paint, stain.
Pressure Washing- Do not own one.
Painting - Interior And Exterior Painting. Any painting that you might need.
Anything Labor and getting Homes Ready for sale.. Jobs That I didn't mention / Help / Installs you need done, etc. Some stuff I didn't Mention
Finish Work including Start to Finish.
