To be successful you should possess general knowledge of both A/C and D/C machine setup. You must be able to weld .035 thick aluminum tubing and .045-.25 steel tubing repeatedly, with consistency, and you must also be capable of reading engineering drawings and welding symbols. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
The work shift is 4:30 am to 3 pm, four days per week. This is production welding so you need to be able to sit and stand for long periods of time during the work day.
