Key Responsibilities:
● Direct daily job site operations and crew activities.
● Set up jobs and assist with measurements and layout (painting out).
● Coordinate material delivery from asphalt plants and manage equipment
logistics.
● Manage outside trucking when used.
● Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
● Work closely with clients to ensure project specifications are met.
● Conduct on-site problem-solving and quality control inspections.
● Screed Operating and the ability to operate other equipment when
necessary.
● Conducting final walk through with customers.
Qualifications: ● 5+ years of industry-related experience in asphalt paving is required. ● Proven leadership and supervisory experience. ● Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. ● Strong knowledge of paving equipment and maintenance needs. ● Ability to work 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
