One is a loft style with a desk underneath, definitely kid size. It's been unnasembled and reassembled enough times that you'll need to be savvy with hardware to make some parts go together at this point, but if you know how to tap holes and fire the right hardware, you ought to be good. The existing hardware is with it.
The second is a standard four piece with slats. All hardware included, and in great condition. They're free, and if they don't get picked up, they're unfortunately going to the dump.
