condition: excellent
make / manufacturer: Gaggenau
model name / number: EB 378-610
size / dimensions: 35" x 17
Gaggenau 35" convection wall oven. Excellent condition. It it the upper oven so it has had minimal use. Has 905 degree polytechnic cleaning mode. Fits in a 33 7/8" wide x 18 3/4" high opening. Currently in use. Only reason for selling is I needed to replace the lower oven and I found newer replacement Gaggenau oven to replace it with. I then found a matching oven for the upper. Comes with a wire rack, two baking trays, broiler tray and owners manual. New was over $5k. See Ebay listing #256518158668 for an example of this oven. (Model number in the listing title (EB376) is incorrect, but correct in the listing description)

Well, I almost wasn't going to sell it as we put the new one in and couldn't get it to heat. Nothing online addressing the problem. Just a few minutes ago I had the oven turned on and again it wasn't heating, I decided to hold down the + and - keys and turn it off and that apparently took it out of store display mode and it suddenly worked. I will tell you the older one I am selling is much easier to use. I have two originals of the owners manual as well.

If I can’t get $400 for it I will keep the oven rack which is $170, the door hinges for spares which are $100 a piece and the heating element which is $275 to replace. I would hate to do that with a perfectly good high end appliance but that is where I am at. I am not going to give it away when the parts work with my new pair.

The oven is now available for pick up.
