Very pretty beaded scenic purse featuring a castle atop a mountain with a lake, village, and cascading waterfall heading right down the purse and carried on into the fringe. The fringe is a very rare configuration with several different layers of looping beads in varying colors from the purse. The design makes the water looks like it is flowing right off the purse.
The frame is very elegant with filigreed overlays and jewels in emerald, ruby and sapphire colors. Both sides have the same scene.
Overall the purse is in excellent condition with the only apology being one strand of fringe that has slipped a little loose although not broken. I have not attempted to repair it as I don't want to make it worse. Somewhere in its history the lining has been replaced but it is how I bought it.
