We are seeking a Service Manager to join our growing team. This position will open and/or close the shop, greet customers, schedule appointments, write repair orders, order parts as needed, manage technician workflow and scheduling, maintain parts inventory, and follow up with the customer after service.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in the automotive service industry, excellent sales and customer service skills, experience managing 2-5 other employees, and parts ordering knowledge.
Proven sales and management experience is a must!
Meet and greet customers
Answer incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments with customers
Advise customers on necessary/suggested services
Order parts as requested by technician or as needed to maintain inventory
Enter itemized estimate on repair order and explain estimates to customer
Determine progress of repair/service orders and inform customer accordingly
Address clients questions and needs promptly and professionally
Generate and close sales
Receive payments from clients
Complete end of day paperwork and summary
Follow up with clients via email or phone
Manage and track lead counts as well as customer satisfaction ratings
Assist with managing and tracking overall company growth
Occasionally run errands using a company vehicle
Other administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver's license and good driving record
At least three years of automotive industry experience - management, technician, parts, or service advising preferred
Excellent communication skills
Responsible and trustworthy
