A career with us is an opportunity to think differently—and make a difference. Our desire is to treat people with extraordinary care. As one of the nation’s major providers of eye surgery, we achieve this by working together with community family eye doctors. • Participate in the “team environment” by displaying and following through with an attitude of being willing to help co-workers in any way.

Our Culture

Our principle-centered team is passionate about people. And our higher mission is to be a positive influence on those around us. We believe in the Christian principles of love, kindness and compassion and strive to incorporate these in our patient care and the way we treat our staff.

Founded in 1985, Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute  is made up of an exceptional group of physicians and warm, caring staff who bring a soft touch to the sophistication of eye surgery. Our organization compliments the skills of family eye doctors throughout Alaska, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington. New surgery centers are only established on the invitation of community optometrists. With 17 office locations, we are blessed with 560 wonderful staff that provide top caliber care with special expertise in cataract surgery and laser vision correction.
