Event Staff needed for Trade Shows!
NW Giveaways is looking for energetic, fun, outgoing people to come join our team for upcoming Portland/Vancouver Trade Shows each week.
A greeter will be responsible for greeting patrons at the front lobby and handing out enter to win tickets!
$13 - $15 per hour - full time and part time available.
We are looking for candidates with a can do attitude that can take direction. All positions will require light lifting and setting up tables. Our ideal candidate must be comfortable standing and walking for the majority of the day. Shift times vary.
Schedule:
This is a weekday AND weekend job!
Earliest you will be scheduled: 9:00 AM
Latest you will be scheduled: 8:00 PM
Typically 5-8 hour shifts
25-35 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
Set up displays at Events (tents, sandwich boards, signage...)
Attend Events, Home Shows, Festivals, Expos, and Street Fairs
Ability to communicate effectively with various personalities
Must own dependable transportation
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
Must have a cellphone as we have brief daily conference calls

Skills Required:
Clear and professional speaking skills
Professional experience
Self-motivator
Great judgement in fast paced situations
Ability to work with an inconsistent schedule
Can memorize a script
