Barrel Mountain Brewing is looking for a new member of our production staff. We are a 10 year old brewery/restaurant in Battle Ground, WA with a second restaurant in Vancouver, WA. We operate a 15 bbl brewhouse with draft and can distribution in Washington and Oregon.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

⦁ Washing kegs
⦁ Filling kegs
⦁ Pack out during canning
⦁ Monitoring fermentations
⦁ Tank CIP
⦁ Dry-hopping
⦁ Beer transfers and Fining
⦁ Carbonating
⦁ Filtration
⦁ Wort production
⦁ Filling orders for distribution
⦁ Stocking draft coolers
⦁ Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and facilities

Previous commercial brewing or related experience is preferred. Previous experience with a forklift or the ability to drive one is also preferred. You should have the ability to multitask, work independently, stand for up to 10 hours per day, follow SOPs, and keep accurate records. Job will require applicant to lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs.

Compensation depends on experience.
