It is Model ITIU-760 by Innovative Technology. This fits under the counter-top keeping your pad neatly off your work surface and protected out of the way.
First generation iPads.
It has buttons for memory, band, time, alarm, up, down, time off
It is about 12" long, 11.5" wide and 2" "tall".
The bottom shelf can fold away and downward to make things a bit easier to work with. Then one can just push it up out of the way.
Comes with mounting bracket and screws.
The photo shows how pristine all is.
Reason I'm selling: I do not need such any longer. I want to pass this on to someone who will appreciate it!
