With a TACO pump there will be NO waiting for hot water in your bathroom. This device becomes part of your home's hot water flow. The whole purpose of having this installed is to prevent all the cold water going down the drain while waiting for the shower's hot water to arrive. With this you get hot water without waiting - immediately when you turn the hot water faucet on - THERE IS NO WAITING FOR HOT WATER. Just set the timer for when you want hot water in the far reaches of your home or set the timer to provide hot water all the time. It actually becomes part of your hot water system.
It was installed in our house but was removed shortly before we moved in. This pump has never been used. It costs $395 new and installation is relatively easy for some folks. For a plumber it would be very easy to install.

PS the silver background behind the pump is not part of the Taco Pump. It is just there for contrast.
