The Landscaping Yard Coordinator will support the landscaping field team by inventory management, maintenance and repair of equipment, and ensuring a safe and functional yard. *Ability and proper training to drive forklift and loader
*Inventory management experience
*Experience repairing small engines and trailers
*Reliable with strong work ethic
*Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
*Function well under pressure

Essential Functions:

Inventory and Yard-
*Maintain inventory of landscaping materials
*Operate a loader and forklift and load landscaping materials for landscaping technicians
*Assist in the safe loading and unloading of products within the yard
*Keep shop and yard organized
*Close yard nightly (M-F), ensuring all products and equipment secured properly
*Organize and clean trailers, vehicles and equipment

Equipment Repair & Maintenance-
*Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with manager
*Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment
*Test and inspect equipment for malfunctioning parts
*Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts
*Reassemble and reinstall components following repairs
*Perform other duties as assigned
