Job Title: Production Assembler / Hands-On Team Member
Location: Vancouver, WA Type: Full-Time and Part-Time | Entry-Level Friendly Hours: Steady first shift / day shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Note on Part-Time: We are flexible on which days/times you work, provided your shift falls within our standard 7:00–3:30 window.)
Pay: Starts at $19/hr to discover your speed, accuracy, and learning speed. Pay ranges from $19–$23/hr as you progress.
TLDR: Perform light assembly and production work in a clean, safe, manufacturing environment.
Who We Are
We’re not your typical fast-paced, stress-you-out kind of manufacturing shop. At our core, we’re a laid-back, hardworking manufacturing team that values craftsmanship, attention to detail, and people who enjoy working with their hands. We believe in training solid humans over hiring resumes—and giving them the space and support to thrive.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Worker / Assembler to join our crew. The assembly line work is mainly done at your specific workstation and involves light assembly and hand tool use, with the occasional machine operation (nothing wildly complicated—push a button, monitor, and take out a widget).
If you keep an open mind and pick up the product training quickly, every day can hold a variety of tasks to shake things up, but there will always be enough similarity to feel familiar and comfortable. Regardless of your level of cross-training, we will do our best to find tasks that best fit your strengths. If you like putting things together, keeping your space organized, and maybe learning some new skills along the way, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do
Assemble components by hand or with basic tools at a personal workstation.
Hand Soldering (we’ll train you!).
Occasionally operate small machinery (we’ll train you!).
Keep your workspace tidy and safe (common sense stuff, really).
Listen to music, podcasts, or whatever helps you get in the zone while you work.
Learn and grow—this is a job that adapts to you, not the other way around.
Pitch in with other team tasks when needed (we’ve got each other’s backs).
What We're Looking For:
Someone dependable, honest, and easy to get along with.
A solid work ethic and good attention to detail.
Able to work quickly and efficiently while also listening to music.
Comfortable working with your hands (or eager to learn).
No manufacturing experience? No problem. We’ve had great team members come from retail, food service, and construction. Prior experience is a bonus, but not a requirement.
Mechanical curiosity is a big plus!
Maintaining a safety mindset while operating in a casual atmosphere.
Perks & Environment
Friendly folks to work alongside.
Small family-owned company where you actually matter and are not a number on a spreadsheet.
On-the-job training and room to grow.
No micromanaging—just clear expectations and support.
Benefits:
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
Life and Disability Insurance
To Apply: Simply respond with work history and a little bit about yourself.
