Do you have odds and ends labor around the house you need help with? Or maybe, a prodject you want to do but don't want to go to the extreme of hiring a contractor, yet don't want to resort to a temp agencie or a high schoolers that lacks the expertise.
Well, I'm that happy medium guy you can call.

10 years in commercial construction industry
4 years in residential
Lots in-between

30$ an hour for general none skilled labor.
Moving, landscaping, yard work, demolition, simple assembly..
40$ an hour for skilled trades.
Carpentry, siding, glazing, molding, sheet rock, flooring, concrete, masonry.

I come equipped with general hand tools and power tools.

You provided materials, supplies, expendables, hardware(i can give guidance) and possibly certain specialty power tools.
